GUARDIAN AD LITEM STATE GUIDELINES TRAINING

This training is tailored for those looking to serve as civil family law Guardians ad Litem, focusing on state-mandated guidelines, responsibilities, and practices related to GAL work in family law cases.

This comprehensive 12-hour program is designed to comply with the initial training requirements of the GAL Guidelines recently adopted by the Indiana Supreme Court. Registration includes 7 hours of virtual, live instruction on February 6. 5 hours of self-paced online learning designed by Kids’ Voice to compliment the program is available for free via the State Office of GAL/CASA.

For attorneys, the live instruction component is pending approval for 7.0 hours of CLE credit, including 1.0 hour of ethics credit.
